Project Particulars:
The construction of two modular buildings to accommodate services for the Renal Dialysis and Psychiatric Departments. The renovation works within these areas was needed to access the new buildings.
The Task
Our company undertook the challenge to construct, on site, modular buildings in areas of limited access and space. All works was phased in order to maintain all services in each of the areas.
Project Delivery:
The majority of this work took place in areas where high dependency patients were treated on a daily basis. This required working closely with the clinical experts in order to monitor hygiene and noise levels. The modular buildings were to the floor plan of the client but to our companies specification for construction. Our system gave tremendous latitude to fitting the required building in a confined space.
The Outcome: The project was delivered in phases to facilitate the client and moving of existing equipment into the new areas. The new buildings were erected speedily as a result of our system that we employed.
