The project consisted of the construction of a large single storey car dealership. The development included a garage/service area to the rear of a showroom.
The dealership includes a car display room with a mezzanine floor, a garage/service area, a car wash/valeting area and customer and car parking spaces.
This was a brownfield site and is located among additional, live retail and commercial units.
The Client is a long established motor trader and decided to construct a new state of the art building in Co. Louth to expand the business.
This very impressive construction is a landmark feature as you enter the retail park and gives excellent frontage for displaying cars and commercial vehicles.
The project was very successful and met with all the clients requirements for quality and finish which is expected by this International Motor franchise.
